TIMBER | Believe it or not, even a beautiful 4-month old German Shepherd puppy is capable of finding themselves in desperate trouble at a public animal shelter.  Timber came to the shelter as a fearful stray.  The shelter was concerned that Timber’s fear of strangers would make it difficult for them to find an appropriate adopter.  Trained Dogs for Adoption was in a much better position to take the time and care to ensure a successful adoption, so we happily agreed to accept him into our program.

Since Timber has been with us, he has over-come most of his insecurities and he is now a happy and playful puppy.  And yes, he is as cute as he looks!
